Ed has spent more than 35 years leading organizations in financial services, healthcare, and the broader aging services sector. His commitment to improving in-home care is deeply personal. When his mother developed dementia, Ed experienced firsthand the challenges families face in navigating care for a loved one.

Once you reach out, we'll call you at your scheduled time or within 24 hours to learn more about your needs. From there, one of our caregivers will visit you at home, and together we'll build a custom care plan tailored to your loved one. Care begins thereafter, and we will stay in touch with you to ensure everything is running smoothly.
After your initial call, we aim to have a caregiver in your home for an assessment of your loved one’s needs and conditions within 24 hours. Care will be underway shortly after your custom care plan is in place.
We take hiring seriously. Every caregiver must hold the appropriate certification and experience before being considered. From there, candidates go through a phone screen and two in-person interviews. We then test all applicants on lifting techniques and overall knowledge, regardless of prior experience, to ensure they were properly trained. We verify three professional references, complete a full background check and drug test, and conduct a thorough 90-minute orientation before anyone joins our team.
We make the process as simple as possible. Our team will help you get your claim approved and handle all the administration directly with your insurer. From there, we submit invoices and documentation weekly, and the insurer reimburses us directly, so there's nothing for you to manage. You'll receive copies of all invoices and payment notifications every step of the way.
